2012 NSCAA CONVENTION, KANSAS CITYRecently the coaching staff travelled to Kansas City to attend the NSCAA's National Convention. Not only did they get to attend and support three Lakers (Erin Mruz, Chelsea Parise, and Ashley Botts) who were all named All-American and Scholar All-American; but Head Coach David DiIanni presented a round table discusion about how to create and maintain competitive greatness within a program.
